Essential Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and repair scheduled and/or emergency repairs to multiple platforms including:
    • Centrifuge/Centrifugal pumps
    • Progressive cavity pumps
    • Reverse osmosis units
    • Boilers
    • Vibration separators
    • Valves and piping
  • Analyze and interpret data from sampling and environmental testing.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment, document.
  • Maintain clear and concise maintenance records.
  • Recommend measures to improve operations, including conditions of machines and equipment.
  • Update Plant Manager on the status of machinery and associated systems.
  • Maintain work area at all times.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and OSHA Safety and Health regulations.
  • Ability to work rotational shift as needed.
  • Conduct maintenance training for new hires on as needed basis.
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the Plant Manager.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years oilfield experience, specifically in the petroleum industry.
  • Must have experience with Planned Maintenance Systems.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic operated machinery and repair.
  • Basic skills in the use of measurement and gauging equipment and processes.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and think creatively.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to carry out responsibilities.
  • Must have a professional, positive & enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic radiation knowledge for handling norm
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
